By using the Alias Discord Activity ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Alias is a free word-guessing party game designed to run as a Discord Activity inside Discord voice channels. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be of the minimum age required by Discord in your country. The App is not directed at children under 13.
You agree not to upload custom word lists that contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
Custom word lists you upload are used solely to populate the word pool for your game session and are deleted automatically within 2 hours of the session ending. You retain ownership of any content you upload.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
